Method 1: Reset the Internet Explorer settings

In these versions of Internet Explorer, you can repair damaged files or missing registration information. To reset the Internet Explorer settings manually, follow these steps:
  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On theToolsmenu, clickInternet Options.


  3. On theAdvancedtab, clickReset.


  4. In theReset Internet Explorer Settingsdialog box, clickResetto confirm.

Method 3: Install Windows XP Service Pack 3
